What counts
A login is one human with active company access.
A person with both Office and Field views counts once. Inactive employees, employee records without a login, pending invitations, customer viewers, vendor viewers, and historical records do not count as active logins.
No job-meter anxiety
Free includes 25 active jobs. Team does not charge per job and supports unlimited active jobs under reasonable use.
No surprise overages
CMD warns the owner before a limit. An added login, storage pack, or plan change requires an explicit owner-approved purchase.
Downgrades preserve records
Existing records remain readable and exportable. Paid actions lock, and new creation above Free limits pauses during a 30-day remediation window.

Billing basics
Know what happens before you buy.
When does a Team plan renew?
Monthly Team renews each month. Annual Team is $790 charged in advance and renews yearly. The exact renewal date appears before acceptance and on the order confirmation.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in US dollars and applicable taxes are added after the billing address is known.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access continues through that date and records are not deleted merely because a subscription ends.
Are payments refundable?
Monthly charges are non-refundable after purchase except for duplicate charges, billing errors, an uncured material service failure, or where law requires. The first annual purchase has a 30-day full-refund guarantee, and an annual renewal may be refunded within seven calendar days.
