What each package is for
Only released tools shown in your company workspace are available to use. A planned package or a request does not unlock its features.
Crew
Planned package
Work types, timecard review and employee sign-off, overtime rules, time-off, schedule conflict warnings, crew location trails and geofences, job messaging and work notifications.
Operations
Planned package
Crew workflows plus labor costing, cost codes, job profitability, mileage and travel records, photo markup and PDF reports, daily logs, checklists and phase timelines.
Business
Planned package
Operations workflows plus estimates, invoices, customer payment collection, customer approvals and portal access, accounting and payroll integrations, and customer reminders. External payment and integration services are not released.
Custom
Separately quoted
Company-specific forms, workflows, migrations or integrations. Scope, price, dependencies and acceptance checks are agreed before work begins. Discuss Custom.
After the trial
The trial lasts 30 days for an eligible owner account. Creating another company does not restart trial eligibility. It covers released tools, not the unreleased packages listed above.
If no active plan follows the trial, new work that requires an active plan stops. Authorized existing records remain available to read and export. A plan change does not automatically delete your records; company permissions still apply.
Creating an account does not authorize a card charge.
