Yes. Start a 30-day trial, confirm your email, then set up your company. No credit card is required. The trial covers released tools; existing users can sign in.

An eligible owner account gets one 30-day cardless trial of released tools. Creating another company does not restart eligibility. There is no automatic charge when the trial ends.

No. The office can create an employee record without creating an account. Give someone a login only when they need to clock time, view assignments, send field updates, or use an office screen.

Yes. Company permissions control office and field access. A company plan does not grant a person a role or access to records they are not permitted to see.

Yes. Creating a company creates the owner profile. After onboarding, Account and Company settings let a signed-in user update their name, display name, contact details, timezone, and avatar.

Live employee location tracking is not released. Planned Crew location tools require employee consent and shift, break, capture-time and retention controls. The ordinary jobsite clock does not require GPS while location verification is disabled.

The planned per-company prices are Base $20/month or $200/year, Crew $99/month or $990/year, Operations $199/month or $1,990/year, and Business $349/month or $3,490/year. Custom is separately quoted. Paid subscriptions are not open for purchase. Compare tools and allowances.

If no active plan follows the trial, new actions that require an active plan stop. Authorized existing records remain available to read and export, and an open shift can still be closed. A plan change does not automatically delete records. Company permissions continue to protect sensitive information.

Authorized basic time and job-summary exports are available. Safe timecard notes and recorded hours remain readable after a paid feature ends; this does not unlock compensation, financial or forecast records. Customer portal access, approvals and payment collection are planned Business features and are not released. Custom work requires a separately accepted scope.

Public paid subscriptions are not open for purchase. A signup, plan comparison or Custom request does not charge you or activate a planned package. Development payment tests do not create a live subscription.

Login and file allowances depend on the company’s plan and active account state. New invitations or uploads can be blocked at the applicable limit; no automatic overage charge is enabled. Existing records are not automatically deleted. Check plan allowances and contact the owner before changing access.

Paid subscriptions are not open for purchase. An existing accepted paid order keeps its agreed cancellation and refund terms, together with applicable law. Confirm the scope, price, payment schedule, cancellation method and refund terms before any purchase.

Any separately accepted paid order must show its price and applicable taxes before payment.

Customer payment collection is planned for Business and is not released. Paying for CMD is separate from a contractor collecting customer payments. Development sandbox payments do not settle a real customer invoice.
