Your company starts clean

No sample customers or jobs.

Add your employees and your work. The same job information carries through Time, Schedule, Maps, Materials, and Reports.

01

The office should not have to rebuild hours and job notes from texts at the end of the week.

02

Sales should not hand the field a different address, scope, or schedule than the office has.

03

Customers should not have to call three people to find out what is happening with their job.

One job, the right screen for each person

Everyone sees what they need—without seeing what they don’t.

The job information stays together, but the office and field screens are built for different work.

Office

The secretary or office staff can answer calls, create jobs, schedule crews, review requests, check timecards, and update customers.

Sales

The salesperson starts the job packet with the customer, scope, estimate, address, dates, photos, and signed documents.

Field

Installers and technicians see assigned jobs, clock in, open directions, read the scope, add photos, and send requests to the office.

Customers

Coming later: a customer portal for approved appointments, updates, photos, and documents. Customer access is not included in Free or Team today.

The basics

Start with the tools your crew already needs.

Use one tool or use them together. Enter a job once, then use it for scheduling, time, directions, materials, files, and reports.

Free

Questions

What free means—and what you pay for.

What is free?

The time clock and the basic versions of Jobs, Schedule, Maps, People, Materials, Documents, and Reports are free for up to three active logins, 25 active jobs, and 500 MB of files.

Is my work saved on the free plan?

Yes. This is not a browser demo. Your basic company records are saved privately. Higher file storage, longer history, and larger teams are paid.

What does Team add?

Team includes 10 active logins, 10 GB of files, longer detailed history, smart work types, and manager review and owner approval of timecards. Employee-consented live location joins Team at no added plan charge only after its server security and retention controls pass acceptance.

Who sees the office screens?

Owners can see everything. Office staff and managers use the Office view. Installers and other field employees see only their field work. Approved hybrid users can switch between both.

Does CMD track employees off the clock?

It is not intended to. Live location is an optional paid capability that requires employee permission and is designed for an open shift, with client collection paused during lunch and stopped at clock-out. Paid activation waits for the matching server-side controls and retention deletion to pass acceptance.

Can I cancel without losing my data?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A downgrade does not delete records; paid actions lock and you have time to export or reduce usage to the Free limits.
